i like your video and i like to say that seed i think is the same that i know in my country it’s? call cebada, you can find this one in any mexican store or hispanic store, it’s great for your health , skin and to lose weigth too,and you can find it in powder also, just do the same as you do with the chia seed. and it works better if you drink it early in the morning , before breakfast.. oh! and it cost less than $5,00.

but if u try something called ASPAGUL they have the same effect
try any south asian store u will get? it the price is alot lot cheaper then chia seed
