I went to their highest tech support twice in 2 days and they’re not sure what to do. They insist it’s? the phone. I’m not so sure given how many ppl have this issue. Regardless, if you have a contact and can check for new settings, I’ll have your children. I promise to shave first though

Mikesho2000 – unfortunately, these settings do not work. Like yourself, I’m tired of trying settings that don’t work. I have an Iphone 3G 3.1.3 and it’s JB/UL – working fine on Tmobile. Can send/rx calls, texts, can? send pic messages… just can’t get them. I get the same ‘restriction’ message
Email your contact there back and repost? Tmobile told me nothing they can do today….
