@carolinabronco I dont have the contact anymore….I do know you keep trying and all support is different. Its hit or miss , same with just about anything. Just ask for someone with the iphone. The settings work as far as the most part and it seems it allows tmobile to tmobile mms….but there are some issues, I was never fully able to figure it out and gave up. But this is what ive gotten…..I will? search around though and try to assist. Also shave , children….wth? LOL your crazy.

1st of all, that’s a wallpaper, not a screensaver moron… Anyway, I’ve tried these settings and they do not work. Any chance you could email your TMobile contact back? I went to their highest tech support twice in 2 days and they’re not sure what to do. They insist it’s the phone. I’m not so sure given how many ppl have this issue. Regardless, if you have? a contact and can check for new settings, I’ll have your children. I promise to shave first though
