  Thank you Erica, that was nothing less but a great presentation. I wish u could elaborate more deeply at how we should use those data to generate ideas. because its more of an art rather than science. Specifically my questions are:
  whats the different between capabilities and processes? and whats the different between SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix? Is the TOWS matrix only serves as the virtual extension of SWOT analysis?? Can we call the ideas that generated through a SWOT analysis as strategies?
