Zoho CRM is a good product for SMBs for pipeline? and sales but there is one major shortcoming: while Zoho CRM has case management module if you are looking for an actual ticket management system you must purchase a separate product (ZohoSupport) that while can be integrated with ZohoCRM…otherwise great for SMBs that don’t want/need the heavy pricing of salesforce or MSF
