@JohnAPeel I just found my own answer. Facebook withdrew the facility to message your fans on the 30th September 2011. Your only free option for communicating with your? fans now is to post on your wall.? Seems like Facebook is tightening the noose to squeeze out the dollars.
I like the background music and it’s a workaround, but does not really work if fans of your page are not on your freinds list. I don’t think you can create an event for a fanpage only? a user. I am desperae to find out how to do this I have made major changes to my fan page and want to explain it to all of my fans.
When I click on edit page there is no option to SEND AN UPDATE TO FANS or any MARKETING option . Am I missing something in my set up or have Facebook dropped this option.
