Bill O’Reilly Occupy Wall Street Socialists!

Fox News host Bill O’Reilly tried to smear the Occupy Oakland and broader Occupy Wall Street movement as anti-capitalism, and pro socialist/communist. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down. @GracieJujitsu1 That’s not what they want you retard. Just because you are in favor of more government intervention, doesn’t mean you’re in favor of bailouts. They want an economy that reduces the inequality gap. So yes, for this to happen there might (probably will) have to be more? government intervention. But in no way does it mean since there is more government intervention, then there must be bailout as well. You can have government intervention without bailouts. How can you not understand

@JessePrower Read what I just wrote. OWS wants more bailouts (they don’t? know it but that is what they are asking for). The Tea Party doesn’t want government bailouts.

Can OWS supporters not understand such a simple concept?

  • JessePrower

@GracieJujitsu1 It’s a different kind of intervention. The bailouts were rewarding bad behavior and encouraging more of it, giving them something to keep their destructive tendencies going. What the OWSers want is the gov’t to stop enabling these bastards, and instead stop them.? Like how a parent should discourage and punish bad behavior their child uses, like bullying, not activity encourage and further enable said behavior.
