More do-able and less demanding than some other recommendations of an hour or 3/4 hour a day. And when it can be as simple as walking to the shops, or up stairs, it is perfectly do-able. Thanks to all those responsible for this informative and practicable recommendation. Now I feel better that I cannot walk for an hour a day, but just half an hour would be practical.?
Awesome? video.
I am a 66 year young retired Indian Army officer. Have reached a stage in life when I was just becoming a sedentary person. The clip woke me up. I am now motivated to revert back to active gardening,? photography, weekend cooking, daily walking, exercising, walking trips to the local village market instead of weekly visit ti the super market, meeting and making friends,, reducing TV time, alcohol, rich food and generally speaking…enjoying more of day to day life…(Lt Col SUDHIR BARGE)
